Stockman Bank has promoted three of its officers – Jeremiah Rouane, Misty Wittman and Phil Nelson.
Phil Nelson has been promoted to vice president, branch manager for Stockman Bank Downtown. His responsibilities include overseeing bank operations, management and employee supervision, developing and servicing commercial and construction loans, and assisting clients with their lending and credit needs.
Jeremiah Rouane has been promoted to vice president, commercial loan officer for the Stockman Bank Billings King location. His responsibilities include developing and servicing commercial and construction loans, and assisting clients with their lending and credit needs.
Misty Wittman has been promoted to personal banking officer for the Stockman Bank Billings Shiloh location. Her responsibilities include administering consumer loans and assisting with customer’s accounts. She specializes in real estate/bridge loans, installment loans, home equity loans and personal lines of credit.
She brings over 16 years of banking experience to the position which includes customer service, loan processing and business development. She has been with Stockman Bank since 2012.
Wittman is active in the community and servers as a charter member and treasurer of the new Laurel Exchange Club. She also participates in National Teach Kids to Save and Get Smart about Credit programs as well as Adopt a Family, Relay for Life, and United Way.
Rouane brings over 19 years of banking experience to the position, which includes commercial, commercial real estate, and construction and land development. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Montana. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business with an accounting option from Montana State University-Billings. He is active in the community and serves as board member of the Home Builder’s Association, Family Service Foundation, Inc., the Blue Creek Elementary School Foundation, and Yellowstone Youth Football.
Nelson brings over 15 years of banking experience to the position, which includes business and commercial real estate lending, credit analysis and business development. He was previously the vice president, assistant branch manager at Stockman Bank Shiloh.
Nelson earned his master of science degree in accounting from Texas A&M University in Commerce, Texas and his bachelor of science degree in business administration from Montana State University-Billings. He is active in the community serving on the board of directors for the Downtown Billings Association (DBA) and the Downtown Exchange Club. Nelson is also on the board of directors for the Billings Amateur Hockey League and the Downtown Billings Partnership board.
